However, we have a 10 day policy, which states you have 10 days from the date you received your merchandise. If more than 10 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or store credit.

All merchandise must have original tags, packaging, unaltered, unwashed, and unused. Shoes must be in their original box without any damage, and jewelry must be in the original packaging.
If, by any chance, we feel the merchandise has not met the criteria, we have the right to deny the return.
We cannot offer an exchange because we cannot guarantee the item will still be here by the time your return comes in. We also cannot hold any online items.
Our suggestion would be to buy the correct item or size you need, then send the original item in for your refund as long as it meets the criteria.
